Official Motörhead tee with the Warpig and the England banner. This is the band’s main logo and it’s been on metal shirts since the late ’70s.
About the Warpig
The Warpig, also called Snaggletooth, was drawn by Joe Petagno for Motörhead’s 1977 debut album. He built it from parts of a gorilla, a wolf and a dog, then added the tusks, chains and spiked helmet. Read more in our post on Motörhead artist Joe Petagno.
Lemmy Kilmister started Motörhead in London in 1975 after he left Hawkwind. The band recorded and toured until Lemmy died in December 2015.
