The Death logo
The Death logo is one of the most famous in metal. The sharp, gothic lettering made it easy to spot on a jacket patch or a hoodie across a crowded room. It changed a little over the years, but it always looked like a horror movie title.
Chuck Schuldiner started Death in Florida in the mid 80s. The band helped invent death metal and then pushed it into technical and prog territory. Every album is worth hearing.
