What people remember
Ozzfest 2005 had Black Sabbath with Ozzy at the top of the bill. Iron Maiden was right under them. Maiden’s last show on the tour, in San Bernardino, turned ugly. Some of the crowd pelted them with eggs and the PA was cut. It became one of the most famous feuds in festival history.
The second stage was stacked too. Mastodon, Trivium, Arch Enemy, and Killswitch Engage were all on the rise.
