Back in 2010 we had three rare, out of print Marilyn Manson long sleeve shirts up on eBay. Black, with the violet Manson logo. Brand new and never worn. They sold fast.
Why old band shirts are worth money
Official merch only runs for a tour or two. Once a design is out of print, it is gone. Fans who missed it go hunting. Long sleeves are even harder to find, because fewer get printed.
Manson merch from the 90s and early 2000s is very collectible. Antichrist Superstar and Mechanical Animals era designs bring the highest prices.
Tips for buying rare shirts
- Check the tag. Old shirts have tags that match the era.
- Look at the print. Real vintage prints crack a certain way.
- Ask for measurements. Old sizes run smaller.
